SHIPPING

Items that are shipped FREE within all 50 states;

Hawaiian Koa boards, pen blanks, knife blanks, project blanks, Hawaiian koa ring boxes, pens by Michaela, Urns, Koa boxes, jewelry boxes, small specialty and gift items.

Shipping to all US territories and International USPS priority mail rates apply upon check out. 

We use USPS for all online purchases. We will pack and prepare your shipment within 1 business day of receiving your order. Once your package is packed and a shipping label is produced, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped and USPS tracking number for your convenience.

For all made-to-order items, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number when your item ships..

For domestic shipping, we use USPS shipments which typically take 3-5 days to arrive, barring any unforeseen delays.

For international orders, we provide standard shipping. International shipping rates can vary based on factors like destination, package size, and import fees. Delivery times may also fluctuate depending on the local carrier, please allow for potential shipping delays.
